Utsav advises for the debt fund raising transactions at Polymath Advisors. He has an experience

of over 9+ years in both corporate banking and structured finance in India. He has joined hands with Polymath in 2019. Utsav has worked with CRISIL, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Clix Capital (erstwhile GE Capital). Utsav has a Bachelor of Commerce from N.M. College,Mumbai and Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

Raghav Dhoot

Legal Counsel

Raghav is a corporate lawyer and a finance professional. He has been working with startups

and advising them on legal and financial issues. Raghav has completed his LLB from SLS, Pune and he has also cleared all three level of CFAexams.At Polymath, Raghav works on fintech and financial services deals.

Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst at Polymath, Hitanshi focuses on consumer and managed services transactions. She also

analyses and evaluates pipeline deals. Prior to joining Polymath, she worked with the ex-Business Head of DSP Mutual Fund.

Sebastian Joshi

Senior Analyst

Sebastian is a Senior Analyst at Polymath. He looks at the execution of live deals and also assists in pipeline

building. Prior to joining Polymath he worked in the following sectors:- Auditing & Assurance services, Financial /Tax Due Diligence and Tax Compliance. He did his education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is also currently pursuing the CFA Charter.

Advait Shirali

Senior Analyst

Advait is a senior analyst at Polymath. He looks at the execution of live transactions and evaluates

pipeline deals. Having done his BSc Statistics degree from Mumbai University, he is currently pursuing the CFA charter.

Vishal Dixit

Vishal brings over 18+ years across Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Prior to Polymath Advisors, Vishal has worked with Times of India Group leading notable investments like Willow TV (USA) and Cricbuzz. He has also been instrumental in launching new businesses like Junglee Pictures, Romedy NOW, Times Conference & Exhibition.
